Business Cards

Mariel had just pivoted from a more writing-focused career to one as a human relations and hiring director. Because of this, she needed some snappy new business cards to show this off and hand it to new clients and potential job opportunities.

 

She wanted her cards to have the main elements of seeming professional but not cold, creative but not childish, and was inspired by the dog logo of another brand, Knopf. Using this, I presented a handful of type options and layouts, some with more type variety than others.

 

Mariel chose one from Levi Szekeres called Drybrush. From there, it was a matter of finding elements and arranging everything into its places. The final design captures all the elements she wanted in one neat package.
